Ms. Barclay is a registered architect and member of the American Institute of Architects with more than 40 years of experience. Her approach to firm management is to focus on client satisfaction and responsiveness as the primary overarching goal. Her portfolio of project work includes K-12 schools, higher education and medical facilities, high and low-rise office buildings, retail and lifestyle centers, logistic centers, and military facilities among other program types both domestically and internationally. She is a LEED Accredited Professional with a specialty in Building Design + Construction (BD+C), and is committed to environmentally responsible design and construction on all projects. Ms. Barclay’s unique area of expertise is in Integrated Project Delivery and High-Performance Team Building. She has studied with practitioners and academics from around the country for over thirty years on the various methods to promote best project value through collaborative design, which studies have shown increases client satisfaction.

Kevin Terry
Vice President of Operations
Engineer / PE, LEED AP BD+C

Mr. Terry has been with our firm for 36 years. He oversees three New York offices and the staff of engineers, architects, and other professionals. From project inception through project closeout, Kevin remains continuously involved and monitoring the progress of the team and the project, coordinating with the Client, and providing immediate and proactive actions and plans to keep projects on track.

Kevin a licensed Engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional with a specialty in Building Design + Construction (BD+C).

Bill Wisbauer

Mr. Wisbauer is a recognized expert on educational design with over 40 years of experience. He has led the successful programming, evaluation, design, and construction efforts of over $2 billion in construction projects for educational facilities. His project portfolio includes existing building reconstruction, rehabilitation and repurposing, and new facilities.

Mr. Hamlin is an asset to clients, project teams, and our firm. He successfully integrates his engineering background with his architectural practice in the design and planning of facilities. Garrett works with stakeholders and communities to develop the best possible solution to each client’s unique needs. He is a skilled team builder who communicates project ideas clearly and effectively.
