Priscilla Barclay, Senior Vice President
Architect / RA, DBIA, LEED AP
Ms. Barclay is a registered architect with 34 years experience in architecture, construction and project management. She has successfully executed both large- and small-scale projects, including high-performance institutional and federal government projects. Ms. Barclay has successfully completed vertical design projects for the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and served as Lead Architect on multiple programs undertaken in Iraq and Afghanistan. She currently oversees all design projects in Tetra Tech’s New York offices in Albany, Ithaca and Long Island.
Kevin Terry, Vice President of Operations
Engineer / PE, LEED AP
Mr. Terry has been with our firm for 28 years. Kevin oversees our entire New York staff of engineers, architects, and other professionals. From project inception through completing project closeout, Kevin is continuously involved and monitoring the progress of the team and the project, coordinating with the Client, and providing immediate and proactive actions/plans to keep the project on track.
Bill Wisbauer, Vice President
Architect / AIA, CEFPI
Mr. Wisbauer is recognized as an expert on educational design throughout the region and has been involved in the programming, evaluation, design and construction of over $1.6 billion in construction projects involving educational facilities. These projects have ranged from new facilities, to major/minor reconstruction of existing facilities. The renovations have included space planning, window replacements/roofing, interior design, security, mechanical and electrical renovations. In addition, Bill has structured several Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs) for clients resulting in capital improvements that are funded with the savings from reduced energy usage.
